| Comment | Recorded to 24/96 FLAC, converted to 16/44 WAV for taking DR values. Set to a maximum peak of -0.3dB, resulting in an album replay gain of -3.34dB. The Vinyl version doesn't use a more dynamic version than the CD (which is already in a rather good state compared to other recent releases). The sound is a little softer depending on the sound system, but generally it seems like the CD and Vinyl masters are almost identical. Although there is some compression/limiting, the sound is quite natural and not too dry, which makes it quite comfortable to listen to. Very good album overall! |
