| Comment | The first Redemption album to receive notice for dynamic range compression. At DR7, it sounds the best of the Ray era and is mixed the best as well, with FINALLY a crunchy guitar and drum tone, a reasonable facsimile of dynamics due to the punchy mix, and minimized distortion and volume loss for a DR7 master. If this is where loud albums are heading, I can certainly swallow them. |
