| Comment | The sound has a somewhat forward and 'startling' quality to it, and there is some noticeable distortion on Discs 2 and 3. I imagine the 14 CD box set, "All Miles - The Prestige Albums", a repackaging of the old Original Jazz Classics masters, would offer more authentic sound. |
